Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
We process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5 PM local time may be processed the next business day.

We may be unable to ship to P.O. boxes or certain remote areas. Additional customs or import charges may apply for international shipments.

📦 سياسة الشحن – عربي (نموذج جاهز)

1. تجهيز الطلبات
يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1–3 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع (لا يشمل العطلات ونهاية الأسبوع).
الطلبات التي تتم بعد الساعة 5 مساءً قد تُجهز في يوم العمل التالي.

2. مناطق الشحن وخياراته

  • التوصيل المحلي / استلام من المتجر (إن وجد)

3. تكلفة الشحن
تُحسب رسوم الشحن بناءً على موقعك، طريقة الشحن المختارة، ووزن الطرد. ستظهر التكلفة في صفحة الدفع قبل إتمام الطلب.

4. أوقات التوصيل المتوقعة
تختلف أوقات التوصيل حسب المنطقة ووسيلة الشحن:

  • الشحن العادي: 5–10 أيام عمل

  • الشحن السريع: 2–5 أيام عمل
    (قم بتعديل الأرقام حسب شركتك أو الشركاء الذين تتعامل معهم)

5. تتبع الطلبات
بعد شحن الطلب، ستتلقى رقم تتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني لمتابعة حالة طلبك.

6. الطرود المفقودة أو التالفة أو المتأخرة
في حال فقدان الشحنة أو وصولها تالفة أو تأخرها عن الموعد المتوقع، الرجاء التواصل معنا خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الوصول المتوقع لنساعدك في حل المشكلة.

7. قيود الشحن
قد لا نستطيع الشحن إلى صناديق بريد (P.O. Box) أو بعض المناطق النائية. قد يتم فرض رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب إضافية على الشحنات الدولية.

8. عروض الشحن المجاني
يتوفر الشحن المجاني على الطلبات التي تتجاوز X دولار/جنيه (حسب عروضك).
